Returns Policy

  • We are fully dedicated to maintaining the highest level of quality for both our products and your customer experience. Please do not hesitate to contact us with questions at any time. We love our products and want to make sure you love them too. 
  • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 7 days of receiving it.
  • To make a return, email info@outdarejewelry.com for a Return Authorization. Please make sure to include the reason for your return. Returns that do not receive a Return Authorization may not be accepted and will in that case be returned to the sender.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns. We recommend returns be sent by DHL Service, FedEx, or UPS. It is also recommended that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise, and that you record the tracking number for your package. 
  • Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes. Please keep your receipt for your records as well as our company flyer for future purchases. No refunds or store credit will be issued for merchandise returned in a used or damaged condition.
